Curry Tuna Salad with Cilantro

A very easy and very yummy tuna salad for those days when you just can't look at another PB&J sandwich.
  • 2 cans of your favorite tuna
  • 1 can of garbanzo beans
  • 1-2 tsp curry powder (to taste)
  • 2-3 Tbsp mayonnaise (to taste)
  • fresh cilantro or coriander
  • salt (to taste)
  1. Option 1: Throw everything into a food processor, whiz it up, and eat it. You can either put the cilantro in or add it later.
  2. Option 2: Puree the garbanzo beans with a little water in a blender. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Eat.
  3. Option 3: Fork mash the garbanzo beans. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Eat.
